AQC Class Booking Conditions
• Payment of fees must accompany all bookings otherwise the booking cannot be processed.
• We understand that sometimes circumstances will arise which means you will be unable to attend AQC. However, we are unable to refund any fees if you or a family member falls ill or suffers misadventure in the lead-up to AQC. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to cover a possible cancellation.
• Any cancellation received in writing before January 3, 2026, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee paid. Any cancellation received after January 3, 2026, will receive no refund.
• In the case of cancellation, please note that substitutions of the delegate may be accepted in lieu of a cancellation, at the discretion of Expertise Events but, due to limited class numbers, class selection changes cannot be made.
• Clients acknowledge that having regard to the period with which this agreement is entered into and the date of the event it is possible circumstances may arise which make changes necessary or desirable in the reasonable view of the organiser. The organiser maintains all rights to continue this agreement after making changes to the event that it believes are reasonably required, including but not limited to, changes in the date (including to a new year), location (provided it is within the same city) of the event. Such changes will not give rise to a refund of the client’s fees.
• Maximum liability – the organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by clients as a result of their attendance at an event. In addition, the organiser shall be released from all liability with respect to loss, damage, claims, demands or other actions in circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, normally considered a Force Majeure event.
• In the event of a tutor cancellation due to illness or other unforeseen circumstance, the tutor will be replaced, and no refunds will be available.
• We recommend you consider taking out travel insurance to cover you in case you need to cancel your Delegate Package.
• No refunds or discounts are available if you are unable to attend the Welcome Cocktail Party, Gala Dinner or Lectures.
Please take a moment to review this document as all individuals who register online or onsite and attend this event are asked to acknowledge and accept the following Terms & Conditions.
1. I expressly assume, and release Expertise Events (“Expertise”) and any of its affiliates from, all risks, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, whether or not reasonably foreseeable, associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with my participation or presence at the event, including, without limitation, all risks of harm, damage, illness (including viruses or illness from any communicable disease) or injury (including death) to or related to my person or property.
2. I grant Expertise the right to use my name, image and likeness, including but not limited to any photographs or video taken of me at the show, for marketing purposes, contact tracing purposes and other reasons that Expertise in their sole discretion deem necessary.
3. Exhibitors and Sponsors at AQC may utilise badge scanning in order to follow up with you after the show. Please be aware that by permitting an exhibitor/sponsor to scan your badge, your contact information including address, email, phone & fax will be shared with the exhibitor/sponsor, and the event will no longer be in control of how your information is used.

4. Expertise reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.
5. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the Expertise Privacy Policy.
