Add some artistic flair to your kitchen by learning how to use epoxy resin to decorate a charcuterie board! Each board will be unique to the artist, we have a full range of colours available.

By the end of this resin art class, you'll have created a charcuterie board 72 cm long and 28 cm wide. It will need 2 days to cure and be sanded.

This project will not be ready to take home on the day of your class. Please select your preferred collection method when booking:

  • Collect at the Fair the following day

In this workshop you will make a Memento Monogram from reclaimed needlework. The artist/tutor will have examples of her own monograms to show. You will learn how to extract (cut out) embroidered and/or lace motifs from domestic linens; arrange them into the shape of a letter which references a friend or loved one (eg R for Ruth).

In this dreamy oceanscape suncatcher in frame class, you'll be guided on how to craft a stunning seascape suncatcher to take home. Learn the art of creating enchanting ocean scenes in an 8 by 10-inch coastal style frame, adding your favourite embellishments to make it uniquely yours.

You'll have access to a wide range of glasses to choose from. Select two main embellishments for your seascape. Feel free to bring your own items to incorporate into your creation.

Event Attendee Terms and Conditions
By purchasing and/or using a ticket to attend our events, the ticket holder agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Indemnification and Liability: The services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill to the extent required by the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth) 2010 and applicable similar state legislation. Apart from such statutory liability, the Promoter and the owner and/or lessee of the Event Site and venue will not be liable or responsible for any injury, damage, or loss suffered or incurred by you or any person entering or when you enter or are on the Event Site and venue. This includes negligence of the Promoter or that of the owner and/or lessee of the Event Site and venue (or their respective employees or agents), whether arising in tort, contract, bailment, or otherwise. All such injury, loss, or damage to a person or property is at your own risk. Indemnity: The ticket holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Expertise Events and its affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, and event organizers (collectively referred to as the "Organizers") from any claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the ticket holder's attendance at the event. The liability of the Organizers is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Release: To the full extent permitted by law, you waive all legal rights of action against and fully release the Promoter and the owner or lessee of the Event Site and venue (and their respective executive members, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, or agents) from any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, death, economic loss, or consequential loss for any default, failure, or negligence (to the extent permitted by law) in relation to entry to and presence on the Event Site and venue. 3. Specific Risks and Scenarios: The ticket holder understands that potential risks may include, but are not limited to, crowded spaces, loud noises, and other conditions inherent to event environments. Specific scenarios are detailed on our official website. 4. Force Majeure: The Organizers reserve the right to alter, postpone, or cancel the event in the event of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other incidents beyond their control. In such cases, the Organizers will communicate changes promptly. 5. Refund and Cancellation Policy: All event tickets are non-refundable. The organizer may allow a change of name on the ticket at their discretion and with sufficient notice, however this is not a right guaranteed to ticket holders. 6. Age and Entry Requirements: Attendees must adhere to any age restrictions specified for the event. Entry requirements, including ID checks, will be communicated in advance. 7. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. Violations may result in expulsion from the event without refund. Individuals who the Organiser feels have not acted in accordance with expected code of conduct will be asked to leave the event without a refund of their ticket. 8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved exclusively through mediation or arbitration in New South Wales, Australia, in accordance with New South Wales, Australia laws. 9. Amendment Clause: The Organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Changes will be made available to attendees on the Expertise Events Website. 10. Venue-Specific Details: Attendees must comply with all rules and regulations set by the venue. Venue-specific details will be communicated in advance and are available on our official website. By purchasing and/or using a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein. 11. Personal Information: The Event Organiser may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, phone number and the names of all ticket allocations. Unless you tell us otherwise, Promoter may disclose your contact details to third parties if you elect to receive such information at time of ticket purchase so they can provide you with promotional material about other events and products. The Event Organiser may also need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act. If you have any questions about how they will handle your personal information please visit the link at the bottom of the ticketing page where you purchased your ticket or refer to the Event Organiser’s Privacy Policy. 11. Prohibited Items: Items that may be considered prohibited at the event include but are not limited to: • Alcohol: Any alcohol discovered at the Event Site or the Campground will be confiscated, and the offending patron(s) will be ejected from the Event Site/Campground for the remainder of the Festival. • Animals: With the exception of service or assistance animals such as guide dogs. • Audio or Video Recording Devices: Including GoPro and similar devices. • Balloons, Frisbees, Projectiles, Sticks, Poles, Bats, Clubs, etc. • Beanbags, Blow-up Chairs or Lounges, or Couches. • Clothing, Jewelry, or Accessories displaying the name of any motorcycle-related or similar organizations or any "declared criminal organization" within the meaning of the Criminal Code (Criminal Organizations) Regulation 2013. • Clothing, Costume, or Personal Effects that may impede the view of those around or behind you. • Crates: Bread or milk crates. • Confetti or Shredded Paper. • Drones or any other Remote Control Devices. • Eskies, Drink Coolers, or Ice Boxes that are large and bulky (Event Site only). • Fires and Open Flames. • Flammable Liquids and Containers (e.g., jerry cans). Empty jerry cans are permitted. • Flares, Fireworks, Sparklers, Explosives, or any fire-twirling equipment. • Glass: Jars, Bottles, Containers, Mirrors, and Perfumes. • Illegal or Illicit Substances. • Kites or Sky Lanterns. • Nitrous Oxide Bulbs and Canisters. • Noise-making Devices: Air Horns, Horns, Bells, Bullhorns, Thunder Sticks, Whistles, or Musical Instruments. • Lasers, Laser Pointers, or Pens. • Masks: With the exception of medical masks or religious face coverings. • Political Signage. • Pools: Inflatable pools, plunge pools, spa pools, etc. • Professional Photography Equipment: (e.g., telephoto lenses, any lens over 5cm, any detachable lens, stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks), or other commercial equipment or anything deemed by Event staff to be professional photography equipment). • Sharpies, Markers, Paint Cans, or Paint Pens. • Skateboards, Scooters, Wagons, Carts, Rollerblades, Roller Skates, Bicycles, Electric Bikes, Electric Scooters, Quad-bikes, Segways, Hoverboards, Self-balancing Scooters, or any personal motorized transportation. • Sound Systems (Event Site only). • Studded Items: (e.g., belts, wristbands, etc). • Tables, Tents, Sun Shelters (Event Site only). • Toy Guns, Water Guns, or Slingshots. • Two-way Walkie Talkies or Radios (Event Site only). • Umbrellas (Event Site only). • Unauthorized Solicitation and Materials: Including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, or other promotional items. • Weapons of any kind: Including tasers, mace sprays, or explosives of any kind (including potential missiles/projectiles). • Whips. Any other item deemed by Event personnel (in their discretion) to be, or potentially be, a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests, dangerous or offensive. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons. Any persons found in possession of Prohibited Items will have those items confiscated, and they will not be returned. Any persons found in possession of illegal substances or participating in illegal activities will be removed from the Event Site/Campground and may be referred to the police. Attendees are responsible for checking all event information and ensuring they have purchased the correct Camping Tickets and Event Tickets. No refunds will be processed if an error is made in the ticket purchase. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
