The Makers Space at the Craft & Quilt Fair is the place to sell handmade finished products. The Craft & Quilt Fair draws thousands of highly qualified, craft loving visitors. For micro businesses who are familiar with a market stall, this is the next step towards building your brand with new customers, followers and subscribers. If you are a maker with handmade products, please apply below. 

 

We do not accept all applications. We have a limited number of stands in the Makers Space and look for a mix of products which appeal to our visitors. After approval of your application, you will be asked for payment. Payments must be made in full to secure your stand. If you cancel you will lose your payment. You may replace yourself, but the new stand holder must be approved by C&Q Fair organisers. 

 

Stand costs are: 

1 city = $900 + gst 

2 cities = $1750 + gst 

3 cities = $2600 + gst

1. Interpretation a) “Organiser” means Expertise Events Pty Ltd and includes its successors, agents or employees. b) “Exhibitor” means the company, person, association or other legal entity and includes staff or those acting as agents on behalf of the entities references above. 2. Any information, including but not limited to images, details or descriptions may be used by the Organiser at their complete discretion for either this event, or other events, marketing or promotion. 3. In the event any order cannot be met because of issues or limitations pertaining to the Organisers operations (such as a class timetable filling) the full amount of monies paid for that order shall be refunded to the Exhibitor by the Organiser. 4. In the event an Exhibitor fails to provide details required by the Organiser to satisfy completion of an order by the date set by the Organiser, a refund or cancellation is not guaranteed and will be at the full discretion of the Organiser. 5. In the event the Exhibitor has a change of mind, or for any-other other reason the Exhibitor decides that they no longer wish to proceed with the order, refund of monies paid will not be guaranteed and will be entirely at the discretion of the Organiser. 6. Change of mind, cancellation or event postponement: In the circumstances where a client cancels an event, or the event is postponed, an administration fee of no less than 10% will be retained of all additional items ordered including but not limited to electrics or marketing. In the circumstances where an exhibitor changes their mind as to the need for any additional items, they are not entitled to a full refund.
