• Only registered LOOP Expo 2027 visitors who are badge holders, visitors who register on the day, and exhibitor badge holders will be able to enter LOOP Expo 2027. If requested, a visitor must provide identification onsite or may be subject to refusal of entry or removal from the event. • Visitors who register prior to LOOP Expo 2027 or onsite at the event may be asked for proof of industry status or business eligibility. Relevant proof could include industry association membership, a business card showing the name of the visitor, copies of a supplier invoice, exhibitor referral, a pay slip, or other appropriate documentation. • LOOP Expo 2027 is a business and industry event. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse registration or entry to any person unable to demonstrate a genuine professional, business, government, educational, or industry-related interest in the event. • Visitors to LOOP Expo 2027 are required to consent to having their bags searched by security personnel at the request of event staff. • Official LOOP Expo 2027 photographers and videographers will be taking photographs and filming videos throughout the event. Anyone attending LOOP Expo 2027 consents to such photography and filming without compensation and confirms that the Organiser shall be entitled to use such photographs and videos, which may include images and recordings of visitors, for the purpose of promoting LOOP Expo and associated events in any and all media, without liability. No other photography or filming will be permitted at LOOP Expo 2027 without the prior written approval of the Organiser. • Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure to comply will lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from LOOP Expo 2027. • Anyone attending LOOP Expo 2027 should carry some form of photo identification (passport, driver licence, national identity card, or other identification acceptable to the Organiser). Admission to the event may be subject to random bag searches and identification checks. • Anyone obtaining a LOOP Expo 2027 visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception, or other illegal means will be asked to leave LOOP Expo 2027. • Children under the age of 16 who attend LOOP Expo 2027 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Visitors with children will be responsible for their children and may be asked to provide a mobile contact number for safety purposes. Children found to be causing a nuisance, separated from their parent or guardian, or resulting in complaints from other attendees may be asked to leave LOOP Expo 2027 and the venue. • Anyone attending LOOP Expo 2027 must not take part in any canvassing, unauthorised marketing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour, or any activity that may disrupt the event. Any of the aforementioned activities may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future events organised by the Organiser. • Press badges at LOOP Expo 2027 are restricted to Editors, Sub Editors, Editorial Assistants, Editorial Researchers, Publishers, Journalists, Broadcasters, Content Creators, Web Bloggers, and Photographers working in relevant industries. Members of the press may be required to complete an application form and provide accreditation in the form of a recognised press or media card, business card, letter of assignment from an editor, or an official website demonstrating their role and media affiliation. • The Organiser reserves the right to exclude or remove anyone from LOOP Expo 2027 who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, whom the Organiser reasonably considers likely to breach these rules, who is prohibited from attending under any applicable sanctions, laws, or regulations, or otherwise at the Organiser's sole discretion. • CCTV is in operation at LOOP Expo 2027. Images may be recorded for the prevention and detection of crime, public safety, and venue security purposes and may be shared with law enforcement agencies where required. Crowd Notice / Release Please be aware that by entering LOOP Expo 2027, you consent to your voice, image, and likeness being recorded and used without compensation in photographs, video recordings, broadcasts, live streams, promotional materials, programs, films, and other media now known or developed in the future. You release the Organiser, its successors, assigns, partners, and licensees from any liability arising from such use. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please do not enter LOOP Expo 2027.
